It functions well for running long, unbroken hours as guaranteed by its intelligent controls, anti-lock design, and automatic regulation of motor speeds, differential speed, torque and fluid supply.

PLC(programmable logic control)achieves a smooth regulation bowl speed withinthe range of designated limits.It equally supports manual regulation.

The color HMI(human machine interaction)ensures a real-time check on rotatingspeed,current,torque,bearing temperature,overall vibration,differential speedand other parameters.

The bowl is made of dual-phase stainless steel(SS2304),integrally cast throughcentrifugal casting technology.The rest of the bowl is made of stainlesssteel(SS304).The bowl is wear-and corrosion-proof.

The main body of screw propeller assembly is made of dual-phase stainlesssteel(SS2304);and its propeller-end uses hard alloy welded on.

Both the propeller's diversion port and bowl's discharge port are protected byhard alloy bush that is easier to be replaced,ensuring a longer service life andlengthened maintenance interval.

All bearings are of SKF brand.Resistant to high temperature and less noise,it hasgreater load-bearing capacity with a wider range of speeds.

It runs steadily with lesser vibration,thanks to the dynamic equilibrium beinggreater than G2.5.

The flameproof control panel houses Siemens/Schneider electrical components,resistant to high temperature.
