Flagship Product
The CoVac vacuum shale shaker, ALSM's star product, has extensive application in the oil field drilling market with its competitive advantages. The last five years of onsite experience and lab tests on 200-plus units have seen a dramatically dropped MOC (Mud on Cutting), slashing mud loss, drilling operex, and cutting disposal costs. The CoVac technology is protected by US Patent 11802450.The sealing rubber of the CoVac shale shaker, under the protection of seven ASLM patents, offers a service life up to six months.
Products Lists
ASLM provides a full range of products for oil and gas drilling applications, including:
(1)Solids Control Equipment (System) and supporting facilities, specifically shale shakers (vacuum and conventional), degassers, mud cleaners, desanders, desilters, centrifuges, agitators, sand pumps, shear pumps, mixing hoppers, utilized solids control system and entire mud system.
(2) Water tanks, precision-metering diesel fuel tank, camp houses，and wooden mat.
Customized Solution Provider
(1) Solids Control Solution: customized design and manufacture of the Solids Control System with the CoVac shale shaker
(2) Mud System Control Solution: customized design and manufacture of the Mud System. ALSM has fabricated several complete sets of mud system for some GCC members.
(3) Cuttings Management System Solution: customized design and manufacture of the Cuttings Management System. ALSM has provided solutions for a GCC member and a potential European client.
