2. Features

The underﬂow shale shaker shares the screen panels and consumables with the standalone shale shaker.

Screen angles are adjustable through manually cranking a worm-gear adjustor between 0 and 5°as required by various working conditions.

The desander and desilter onboard are separately detachable and take up smaller space due to its compact structure. Desilter hydocyclones are arranged in a circle for evenly distributed ﬂow.

Electrical devices and controls comply with explosion proof standards for drilling application. Key electrical components are of imports. The motors are protected by the control system.

Desilter inlet is regulated by a ball valve, and its hydrocyclones can be replaced and serviced anytime when necessary.

Both desander and desilter are equipped with easily replaceable nozzles.

Plashes are prevented by stainless steel covers. The entire covering is designed to turn in sync with the framebox.

Marine-class painting is applied, ensuring a longer service life regardless of constant wash-out by drilling ﬂuid.
