Stainless vanes and shear-panels are used to effectively downsize and hydrate the polymers for quick dispersion. With a shearing efficiency greater than 95%, the device improves the mud preparation in quality and quantity.
The leakage-free mechanical seal warrants a longer service life.
The materials added to drilling fluid are mixed and hydrated to the full, thus saving on the amount of materials, shortening the preparation process and ensuring better drilling fluid performance.
Bentonite particles are highly hydrated through their even dispersion into water. Given conditions remain unchanged, ALSM shear pumps reduce the quantity of bentonite by 30% or more.
