1. Principle of ALSM mud non-landing system
ALSM cuttings management system is dedicated to disposing cuttings and other refuses produced in drilling activities, beneficial to environment protection and a higher drilling efficiency. Flowchart of the system goes: The cuttings and other refuses generated by shale shaker, mud cleaner and centrifuge go down into the auger conveyer then into the dryer. The cuttings processed by the dryer contains least liquids-or a very low MOC(mud on cuttings, some 10% for WBM, and 8% for OBM), and therefore can be immediately bagged. The collection tank takes the liquids after the dryer. The liquids are then pumped into the VFD centrifuge and further separated into solids and liquids, the former being immediately packed and the latter, recovered by the circulating tank.
